Holiday Skincare Tips: Follow Your Routine Properly Here are some ways to help you easily prepare your skin for the holidays, says Dr. Kapur, who advises:




1. Start with cleansing: Cleansing must be the first step in any skin care routine. Be sure to cleanse your skin morning and night. Use a good-quality cleanser to remove dirt and pollutants without drying out the skin. Routine

2. Exfoliation is key! Exfoliate twice a week to improve your skin’s cell turnover and blood circulation at the same time. Regular exfoliation can help remove dead skin cells.
